Healthy Teeth!



In order to have a beautiful smile, you must maintain healthy teeth. Brush your teeth after every meal and before you go to bed. Brush all parts of your teeth, even your tongue! Be sure to brush with short back-and-forth movements.

Floss your teeth once a day. Dental floss cleans between your teeth. Use it to remove food you missed with a toothbrush.

It is important to visit a dentist once or twice a year. Your dentist will work with you to help you keep your teeth healthy.
